Account Manager

As an Account manager you will act as client advocates and work with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied. You will work with existing customers on solutions to their needs and goals that make sense for both our client and for Purdy Products. You will assist with making sales, handling client complaints, collecting and analyzing data, and improving the overall customer experience. This requires excellent communication skills, high attention to detail and a solution orientated mindset.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customer accounts
  • Identify new up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Manage projects within the clients' account to ensure clients' goals are met
  • Act as liaison between customer and business, communicating clients’ needs and resolving issues
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team to identify new opportunities to grow business
  • Attend trade shows and/or events as needed to support client efforts
  • Identify cost saving opportunities through strategic order processing
  • Advising on improving client experience with products through education of products and services
